Hi I’m Jason. I am an experienced counsellor who works with with anxiety, depression, addictions, grief and loss and trauma. I want to help you start feeling better and work with you as you create meaningful change in your life!
I have a Masters degree in Counselling, I am a Registered Professional Counsellor with the CPCA and I am a member of EMDR Canada EMDR Canada. I am trained in EMDR and Psychological First Aid and I integrate this with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Polyvagal Theory.

Cassandra Davis is an RPC-C who’s niche is working with adoptees, couples and addiction. Cassandra graduated from Kelowna College of Professional Counselling and is registered with the Canadian Professional Counselling Association. Cassandra is a volunteer counsellor with Youth Matters Canada, though she typically works with the adult population.
