Counselling is a safe space, free of judgement. When your words and your story are met with empathy and non-judgement in a safe space we can begin to find clarity, heal, and feel better.

Making the choice to come to counselling is a courageous decision and we first want to acknowledge your courage in making that decision.

We believe that simply sharing our story in a safe place is the beginning of healing. You are the expert of your life and we welcome you to share your story as you want to tell it.

You will be able to ask any questions you may have about counselling or the counsellor during your session. From there we will discuss your goals and we will work with you to find tools and approaches that will help you create the meaningful change you want to see in your life.

Counsellors don’t usually give advice. Rather, we’re here to help you gain insight into your own life and to come alongside you and help you discover your own solutions.

While the changes are up to you the counsellor is there to help you re-discover the strength and resilience within you and support you along the way.
