When to Consider Counselling
You don't need to be in crisis to reach out. These are some of the common signs it may be time to talk with someone.
Worry or anxiety that won't settle
Racing thoughts, constant tension or trouble sleeping are starting to run your days. Anxiety counselling can help you understand your symptoms and feel more in control.
Low mood or loss of motivation
Things you used to enjoy feel flat or exhausting. Counselling for depression offers a steady space to work through what's weighing on you.
Grief or a major loss
Whether the loss is recent or years old, grief counselling lets you process it at your own pace without judgment.
Trauma or distressing memories
Past events still affect your sleep, relationships or sense of safety. Trauma-informed counselling and EMDR therapy can help you heal.
Strain in your relationships
Ongoing conflict, distance or difficulty connecting with the people who matter. Relationship counselling can help you communicate and reconnect.
A big life change
A move, career shift, separation or new life stage can leave you unsure of your footing. Counselling helps you find direction and steady ground.
