I am an experienced Professional Counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling. My counselling specialities include working with anxiety, depression, addictions, grief and loss and trauma. I am trained in EMDR and Psychological First Aid. I take a mindfulness based approach to therapy integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as Somatic techniques to calm the body and the mind.

Cassandra graduated from Kelowna College of Professional Counselling and is registered with the Canadian Professional Counselling Association. Cassandra is a volunteer counsellor with Youth Matters Canada, though she typically works with the adult population.
